Dual N-back is a scientifically proven memory workout that offers engaging sessions to improve your cognitive abilities.

In each session, you are presented with a 3x3 grid where a square lights up, accompanied by the reading of a letter. Your task is to remember both the letter and the position of the square and indicate when the current square or letter matches the one from N turns ago.
